Remember that you need to make a strong first impression – so whenever you meet somebody
- Smile warmly
- Shake their hands firmly
- Look them in the eye
You should not be late, so make sure that you know how you are going to get to the venue and that you have a back up travel plan. Leave in plenty of time, so that you don’t have to rush, but not so early that you are waiting around and getting nervous before the interview. It’s a fine line, but err on the side of being too early.
